Swile is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive growth through outbound prospecting, lead management, and sales pipeline development for Swile Brasil. You will work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities and execute strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Conduct and organize a high volume of leads within your pipeline.
- Perform active prospecting of new clients in the mid and large segments.
- Map and prospect new business opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of delivery in prospecting, nurturing, and lead management through calls and emails.
- Identify and listen to potential clients to understand their needs and generate business interest.
- Participate in events to generate new opportunities.
- Work with a personalized prospecting cadence and create prospecting templates.
- Nurture the Salesforce tool to generate sales opportunities and keep the system updated.
- Organize your pipeline within Salesforce, maintaining visibility of your metrics and objectives.
- Collect feedback from sellers to understand lead quality and align expectations.
- Ensure quality in the handoff to the seller to convert potential deals into clients.
- Participate in and help the team with critical vision and process improvement.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience as an Outbound BDR (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge in creating prospecting email copies (will be tested/evaluated).
- Practical knowledge of Outbound Prospecting Techniques, Pipeline, and Prospecting Funnel (will be tested/evaluated).
- Familiarity with sales CRM and Sales Engagement tools like MixMax, Ramper, or Reev.
