Responsibilities
- Turn interest from Scribe’s rapidly growing PLG user base into qualified enterprise opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline goals.
- Research target accounts and key stakeholders to create thoughtful, high-impact outreach strategies.
- Design and execute outbound and reactivation campaigns that engage new accounts and re-engage dormant prospects.
- Build trusted partnerships with Account Executives to ensure seamless customer handoffs and strong win rates.
- Lead high-value prospect conversations, including discovery and light product education, to identify enterprise fit.
- Experiment with new outreach strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to test and scale what works.
- Represent Scribe in webinars, trainings, and live customer interactions that help users experience the product’s value firsthand.
Requirements
- 6m-2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with exposure to prospecting, customer conversations, or inbound lead management.
- You bring infectious energy and strong communication skills to every interaction and have a genuine interest in sales as a career
- You’ve demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, or achievement through internships, extracurriculars, athletics, or other experiences.
- You’re naturally curious and excited to continuously learn new technologies and sales strategies like AI and LLMs
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
- You’re energized by the opportunity to help organizations embrace AI-powered workflows.

Compensation
We use trusted market data and a tiered location system to ensure competitive, equitable pay. The range below reflects this; your specific offer will depend on experience, pay parity, and location. San Francisco Compensation: $80,000 OTE (80% base / 20% variable)
