We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in a remote capacity. Based in Colombia, this role offers the opportunity to work with a global client base while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. - Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners - Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies - Maintain accurate records of all business development activities using CRM software - Represent the company at industry events and conferences (virtual or in-person) - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers - Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
