Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients and projects within public and private sectors across the MENA and GCC regions.
• Create customized presentations, pitch materials, and capability summaries aligned with service offerings.
• Assist in preparing and delivering proposals in response to requests for proposals, tenders, or direct solicitations.
• Work with technical teams to ensure proposal content is precise, compelling, and meets client expectations.
• Develop clear and impactful messaging that highlights the organization’s value proposition.
• Keep a current record of outreach activities, submitted proposals, and outcomes to inform strategy.
• Proactively connect with potential clients and partners through professional networks, tender websites, and industry events.
• Initiate contact, conduct follow-ups, and arrange introductory meetings with prospects.
• Serve as a representative in client discussions, confidently articulating service strengths and project experience.
• Manage lead relationships from initial contact through to proposal signing.
• Match client project needs with qualified experts based on scope and requirements.
• Keep a current database of experts, including their credentials, industry background, and availability.
• Facilitate collaboration between expert resources and internal teams during proposal creation.
• Produce regular reports on business development activities, outreach performance, and pipeline status.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, proposal iterations, and submission deadlines.
• Support internal learning by capturing insights from both won and lost proposal efforts.
