Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- A background in business development or account management.
- A solid grasp of tendering, proposal creation, and commercial negotiation, alongside the ability to analyze costs, pricing, and profitability.
- A proven ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and technical teams to deliver on client promises.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with a knack for engaging clients across various channels, both written and verbal.
- High learning agility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- You must be comfortable and willing to work in remote, rugged, or non-traditional field locations.
