HR Consulting Ines Schöffmann GmbH is hiring a Business Development Manager to strategically build and maintain customer relationships for a leading wood construction company expanding in the German market. The role involves researching and managing project tenders, analyzing market opportunities, and representing the company at industry events for an owner-managed, growing company with an innovative focus on sustainability and cost-effectiveness.

What You'll Do

  • Strategically and operationally build and maintain customer relationships and long-term partnerships.
  • Research and manage project tenders and bidding procedures.
  • Analyze opportunities and trends in the housing market.
  • Organize bidding consortia.
  • Present the company at trade fairs, industry meetings, and events.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in the housing industry or real estate development.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Managing Director in Austria.
