The role involves researching and managing project tenders, analyzing market opportunities, and representing the company at industry events for an owner-managed, growing company with an innovative focus on sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Strategically and operationally build and maintain customer relationships and long-term partnerships.
- Research and manage project tenders and bidding procedures.
- Analyze opportunities and trends in the housing market.
- Organize bidding consortia.
- Present the company at trade fairs, industry meetings, and events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in the housing industry or real estate development.
- Willingness to travel.

- Sales experience.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Managing Director in Austria.
