About the Role

ASE Global is hiring a Business Development Manager to shape the go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth for our Landval and Homematch software solutions across the housing development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a high-impact outbound sales strategy to consistently generate and convert leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from cold outreach and discovery to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Identify and engage new sectors and markets, especially those with grant-giving capabilities, including international territories.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive lead generation and strategic outreach.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to fine-tune messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to continuously uncover new opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and optimise performance metrics focused on new customer acquisition and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of closing new business in a SaaS or tech driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience in outbound sales, cold prospecting, and pipeline development.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker who’s also a self-starter—able to thrive independently and hit ambitious growth targets.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • Experience breaking into new verticals or international markets is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the grant-giving or non-profit space is a bonus but not essential.
