Samsung Electronics America is hiring a Business Development Manager - SMB PC Sales to expand our market share within the SMB sector. This role focuses on business development and PC sales, requiring you to identify new revenue streams, execute GTM strategies, and ensure an excellent client experience.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new business and grow market share within green field SMB accounts by developing and executing GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Innovation teams to drive sector growth.
- Qualify, develop, and close opportunities within existing and new B2B accounts, positioning Samsung’s PC portfolio.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate the SMB PC market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations tailored to SMB client needs and challenges.
- Research and provide key insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Partner with Marketing and Management Teams to drive ‘win messaging’.
- Work with B2B PC and SMB teams to provide voice of customer feedback.
- Develop relationships within the MX B2B Team and SEA organization as a PC business growth subject matter expert.
- Represent PC interests as a liaison between B2B and the greater MX organization.
- Become an industry expert on Samsung’s partner ecosystem and solution selling.
- Uncover and solve strategic challenges facing SMB decision-makers with tailored solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest PC industry trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of Samsung’s offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout pre- and post-sales processes.
- Demonstrate extreme attention to detail from lead generation to deal closure.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of solution procurement or B2B sales experience.
- Knowledge and experience in SMB Sales.
- 3-5 years’ acquisition experience with customers.
- Demonstrated expertise with enterprise mobility, mobility solutions, and mobile device managed Android devices.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
- Strong reasoning skills to analyze data, trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and management levels.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining an organized tracker of projects, programs, and promotions.

- Compensation: Colorado: $114,500.00 to $141,500.00; NYC: $130,500.00 to $161,500.00; Washington State: $125,500.00 to $154,500.00; California: $130,500.00 to $161,500.00; New Jersey: $130,500.00 to $161,500.00.
