Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects by fostering strong relationships and increasing organizational visibility
- Serve as a representative to position the company as the preferred contracting partner
- Collaborate with clients and strategic partners to build a robust project pipeline and define winning approaches in the SMR market
- Inform key stakeholders about integrated project delivery models
- Connect with potential clients at industry-specific trade events and conferences
- Partner with leadership and marketing teams to support growth through targeted messaging and resource allocation
- Guide Proposal and Marketing teams in creating compelling content for bids and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Salesforce CRM system
- Contribute to bid planning by advising on pursuit approaches and proposal development
- Deliver market intelligence during annual strategic planning cycles
- Take an active role in business development discussions and planning sessions
- Facilitate cross-divisional sales initiatives aligned with a unified company strategy
- Create tailored strategies to secure project awards
- Attend sector-related events to expand professional networks
- Assist in producing high-caliber proposal materials throughout the bidding lifecycle
