The Business Development Manager will work remotely from Thailand to identify and build local partnerships for Fuku, an international communication and social-discovery platform expanding in the region. This role involves sourcing partners, negotiating cooperation strategies, onboarding, and reporting on performance metrics.
What You'll Do
- Lead the sourcing and identification of potential partners in Thailand.
- Obtain a detailed understanding of potential partners and build business strategies to initiate cooperation.
- Train new partners during the onboarding process.
- Stay abreast of market trends in the fast-evolving social network industry.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly individual sales and business performance reports.
- Ensure timely and efficient hand-over of new partners to the customer success team.
What We're Looking For
- Business development experience, preferably with a background in sales, advertising, or marketing.
- Extensive experience in customer communication and business negotiation.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.
- Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
