About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Decode client hiring needs and craft bespoke recruitment solutions that cover both permanent and contract staffing.
  • Master the art of negotiating commercial terms and sealing new client agreements.
  • Work hand-in-glove with our recruitment delivery team to ensure client onboarding is smoother than butter.
  • Meticulously track and manage all business development activity in our CRM system.
  • Represent our brand like a pro at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor movements to uncover hidden business opportunities.
  • Hit and smash sales targets and KPIs with consistent, laser-focused performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the recruitment industry (agency or in-house experience).
  • Deep understanding of recruitment service models (permanent and contract), with a client-first mentality.
  • Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills that could charm the socks off anyone.
  • Self-motivated go-getter who thrives working independently.
  • Time management and organisational skills that would make a Swiss watch look disorganized.
  • Comfortable navigating CRM systems and maintaining razor-sharp sales pipelines.
