The Business Development Manager - LATAM will expand OTT Hydromet's meteorological business footprint across Central and South America by identifying new customers, supporting sales efforts, and driving strategic growth. This remote role reports to the Team Lead, Met Sales Americas and is part of the Met Sales; Americas team.
What You'll Do
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new customers and business opportunities for our Meteorological markets across Central and South America
- Support the development of proposals, presentations and client facing sales collateral
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis using all the tools available to make strategic decisions
- Maintain and update our CRM with client interactions, notes, forecasts and additional data as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and finance
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Min. 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Passion for sustainability and the meteorological
- Fluent in English and Spanish
