- Identify and pursue new business prospects through strategic relationship building and enhancing the company's market presence
- Serve as a company representative to advocate for the organization as the preferred contractor
- Collaborate with clients and partners to create a project pipeline and develop winning strategies within the Pumped Storage Hydro market
- Inform stakeholders about collaborative project delivery methods
- Engage with clients at relevant industry tradeshows and events
- Work with management and marketing teams to drive growth through effective communication and investment strategies
- Guide Proposal Managers and Marketing in creating compelling collateral content
- Maintain the accuracy and up-to-date status of the CRM tool, Salesforce
- Provide input during the bidding process to develop pursuit strategies and prepare proposals
- Prepare industry insights for the annual business planning process
- Actively participate in business development meetings and discussions
- Coordinate cross-selling opportunities and implement a unified company approach
- Develop tailored win strategies for specific projects
- Attend industry events to build local professional networks
- Support the creation of high-quality proposal documents throughout the pursuit process
