Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through strategic relationship building and enhancing the company's market presence
  • Serve as a company representative to advocate for the organization as the preferred contractor
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to create a project pipeline and develop winning strategies within the Pumped Storage Hydro market
  • Inform stakeholders about collaborative project delivery methods
  • Engage with clients at relevant industry tradeshows and events
  • Work with management and marketing teams to drive growth through effective communication and investment strategies
  • Guide Proposal Managers and Marketing in creating compelling collateral content
  • Maintain the accuracy and up-to-date status of the CRM tool, Salesforce
  • Provide input during the bidding process to develop pursuit strategies and prepare proposals
  • Prepare industry insights for the annual business planning process
  • Actively participate in business development meetings and discussions
  • Coordinate cross-selling opportunities and implement a unified company approach
  • Develop tailored win strategies for specific projects
  • Attend industry events to build local professional networks
  • Support the creation of high-quality proposal documents throughout the pursuit process
