What You'll Do
Lead the acquisition of strategic contracts for Whole Genome and Whole Exome Sequencing services with pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. Develop and manage a global distribution network for a low-cost NIPT portfolio, ensuring partners are equipped to succeed in their regional markets. Support distributors with technical and marketing resources to strengthen market penetration.
Prepare and execute proposals for large-scale genomics tenders, combining technical insight with commercial strategy. Balance high-margin research offerings with high-volume diagnostic distribution to exceed revenue goals. Expand international reach by identifying and onboarding qualified distribution partners in key regions.
Requirements
- Hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related life science discipline.
- Have at least five years of experience in B2B sales or channel management within the biotech or diagnostic industry.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of Next-Generation Sequencing technologies and the global NIPT market.
- Show a history of successfully identifying, evaluating, and managing medical or diagnostic distributors.
- Possess strong negotiation skills, particularly in international supply and distribution agreements.
- Be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and commercial contexts.
