Key Responsibilities
- Develop and close B2B agreements for WGS and WES services with life sciences companies globally.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard international distribution partners for low-cost NIPT platforms.
- Equip distributors with technical training and marketing resources to strengthen local market penetration.
- Coordinate technical and commercial readiness for large-scale public and private tenders.
- Balance high-margin service contracts with high-volume diagnostic distribution to maximize revenue.
- Support long-term partner success through ongoing collaboration and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field (B.Sc. or higher).
- Minimum of five years in B2B sales or channel management within biotech, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Proven experience negotiating international supply and distribution agreements.
- Familiarity with next-generation sequencing technologies and prenatal screening markets.
- Fluent English communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
