About the Role

Clymac is looking for a Business Development Manager - Fire & Security to spearhead growth and deepen client partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities while maximizing value from our existing client base.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities while maximising value from our existing client base.
  • Work closely with internal teams and prospective customers to promote our maintenance offering and position us as the supplier of choice within the Fire & Security sector.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of maintenance opportunities by identifying potential clients and building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Engage with current clients to understand their systems, compliance obligations, and wider safety needs, recommending relevant upgrades or enhanced maintenance packages.
  • Work closely with the Installation and Projects teams to ensure newly completed system installations transition smoothly into maintenance agreements.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end bid process for large PPM tenders, presenting commercial value propositions, and managing deadlines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and building trusted long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular reviews, resolve issues promptly, analyse contract performance, and identify opportunities for service expansion or contract renewal.

This is a hybrid role, home-based with travel required.
