The Business Development Manager will play a key role in sourcing work for Keywords' family of UK-based video game studios. This position focuses on building strong client relationships, leading proposal development, and ensuring high-quality service delivery throughout the game development lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Ignite and guide the relationships between our studios and clients
- Source work for our family of UK based videogame studios
- Lead proposal building, negotiation, and issue resolution
- Seek and maintain relationships with the entire gaming industry
- Find new avenues and opportunities for our Create Studios
- Uphold quality in our responses and communications
- Own the RFP responses of our studios
- Nurture existing development relationships
- Communicate clearly and transparently, keeping the wider teams informed
- Uphold the quality of work our studios provide
