What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed regional sales targets by actively pursuing new business and managing the full sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with dealers, system integrators, and alarm receiving centers.
- Deliver technical and commercial training sessions to equip partners with in-depth product knowledge.
- Present solutions to stakeholders, influencing system specifications and procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to align offerings with market demands.
- Contribute to market-specific strategies, including vertical-focused initiatives.
- Represent the brand at industry events and exhibitions to strengthen market presence.
- Provide insights to product and management teams based on frontline market feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in the security sector or a related technical sales field.
- Proven success in managing complex sales processes—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Solid understanding of electronic security technologies, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire systems.
- Familiarity with modern advancements such as cloud platforms, IoT integration, and AI-powered analytics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive-level audiences.
- Fluency in Greek and conversational English.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and adapt strategies accordingly.
