Yell Ltd is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to be a key driver of business growth by proactively hunting for new business, tailoring digital marketing solutions, and managing client relationships. This remote position is part of our customer-centric Field Sales team where you will work with some of the world's leading brands, including Google, Wix, Alexa and Microsoft.
What You'll Do
- Proactively prospect through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
- Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Present, negotiate, and seal deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Nurture relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
- Conduct in-depth data reviews to identify opportunities for growth, boosting client ROI and delivering long-term success.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
- Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
- A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.
Nice to Have
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
