Responsibilities
- Oversee all commercial activities across the APAC region to expand market presence.
- Connect with corporates, government entities, and professional organizations to grow awareness and market share of PeopleCert products.
- Work closely with partner organizations across APAC to drive sales of PRINCE2 and other portfolio products.
- Forge and nurture high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts across multiple countries.
- Drive B2B market penetration through a target-driven sales strategy.
- Coordinate with global teams while adapting to regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Plan and organize personal and regional sales strategy to maximize ROI.
- Monitor performance against targets and report to Headquarters.
- Resolve customer issues in collaboration with support teams.
- Represent PeopleCert in regional events, forums, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global product and marketing teams.
- Ensure alignment with company core values — Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity, and Velocity.
Requirements
- Post-graduate degree in IT, preferably an MBA.
- 5- 8 years of experience in business development across APAC markets.
- Strong exposure to multi-country sales and regional leadership.
- Strong understanding of channel development, partnerships, and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures.
- Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desired, LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
- Advanced computer literacy is required.
Nice to Have
- Awareness of PRINCE2.
- Exposure in the Education market, Consulting or Examination / Certification sectors in previous role(s) as well as prior experience in international corporate environments.
- Preference will be given to candidates from IT Consulting and/or Technology backgrounds.
- ECDL Advance level certification.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software.

- Secure English Language Tests (SELTs) Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check prior to commencing their SELT duties.
