PeopleCert is hiring a Business Development Manager- APAC PRINCE2 (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all commercial activities across the APAC region to expand market presence.
  • Connect with corporates, government entities, and professional organizations to grow awareness and market share of PeopleCert products.
  • Work closely with partner organizations across APAC to drive sales of PRINCE2 and other portfolio products.
  • Forge and nurture high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts across multiple countries.
  • Drive B2B market penetration through a target-driven sales strategy.
  • Coordinate with global teams while adapting to regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Plan and organize personal and regional sales strategy to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor performance against targets and report to Headquarters.
  • Resolve customer issues in collaboration with support teams.
  • Represent PeopleCert in regional events, forums, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global product and marketing teams.
  • Ensure alignment with company core values — Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity, and Velocity.

Requirements

  • Post-graduate degree in IT, preferably an MBA.
  • 5- 8 years of experience in business development across APAC markets.
  • Strong exposure to multi-country sales and regional leadership.
  • Strong understanding of channel development, partnerships, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures.
  • Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desired, LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required.

Nice to Have

  • Awareness of PRINCE2.
  • Exposure in the Education market, Consulting or Examination / Certification sectors in previous role(s) as well as prior experience in international corporate environments.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from IT Consulting and/or Technology backgrounds.
  • ECDL Advance level certification.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software.

  • Secure English Language Tests (SELTs) Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check prior to commencing their SELT duties.
