Responsibilities
- Lead and expand current client relationships across the Americas, including training providers, corporations, academic institutions, and strategic alliances.
- Foster long-term trust with senior decision-makers and influential stakeholders.
- Uncover opportunities for additional sales within established accounts through cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure sustained engagement with partners.
- Design and implement a robust strategy to generate a consistent flow of new leads and partnerships.
- Advance revenue growth via proactive outreach, consultative selling techniques, and partnership cultivation.
- Market PRINCE2® and a broader suite of certification and learning offerings to target audiences.
- Analyze market dynamics and industry developments to strengthen regional presence.
- Meet and surpass assigned sales and revenue goals for the region.
- Create and execute territory and account-specific plans that support organizational objectives.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to enable scalable growth.
- Keep precise records of sales pipelines and deliver accurate CRM reporting.
- Represent the organization at global events, including trade shows, webinars, and partner conferences.
- Serve as a brand advocate for PRINCE2® and certification solutions throughout the Americas.
- Track competitor actions and deliver actionable market insights to internal teams.

Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Information Technology or Business, with preference for an MBA.
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in business development or sales roles.
- Familiarity with channel sales models, partnership frameworks, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities across executive levels and diverse cultures.
- Fluent written and spoken English at an advanced level (C2 proficiency preferred; LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certification is a bonus).
- High level of computer proficiency; ECDL Advanced certification is a desirable qualification.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience in the Americas markets is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with PRINCE2 methodology is advantageous.
- Prior exposure to education, consulting, or certification sectors, along with international corporate experience, is valued.
- Candidates with backgrounds in IT consulting or technology fields will be prioritized.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or comparable platforms is considered beneficial.
