TradeLink is hiring a Business Development Manager to actively shape our growth path as we become Europe's leading logistics collaboration platform provider. You'll own the first stages of the sales funnel, working closely with Account Executives, GTM, and business leaders.
What You'll Do
- Own the first stages of the sales funnel by initiating buying processes with creative, multi-channel, multi-persona strategies.
- Conduct high-quality research and personalized discovery to deeply understand prospect pain points and position TradeLink's value.
- Deliver early impact pitches and first discovery presentations as a TradeLink expert.
- Fully manage your account portfolio, assessing business models, opportunity value, and navigating complex stakeholder structures.
- Work closely with Account Executives, GTM, and business leaders to drive coordinated strategies and cross-company projects.
- Champion best practices in sales pipeline management (e.g., SPICED), data quality, clear communication, creative tactics, and impact-driven thinking.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., Sales, Business Development, Project Management) within the logistics industry.
- Strong ability to build trust and drive impact.
- Highly analytical, hands-on mindset with a strong drive for ownership and measurable impact.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high empathy, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and German.
