  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and market dynamics
  • Support the development of pricing strategies and sales materials
  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth transition to service delivery
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects through all stages of the sales cycle
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform product or service improvements
  • Drive customer retention through ongoing engagement
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Use CRM tools to manage contacts and track progress
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams during contract finalization
