About the Role

Despegar is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our FloridaTravel Partners – Mayoristas Comercial USA/ROW division. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our commercial partnerships and driving strategic growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow key business partnerships
  • Manage the full relationship lifecycle with commercial partners in the USA/ROW market
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success and alignment with company goals

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the travel or technology sector
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding business growth targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a dynamic environment
  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision making
