Despegar is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our FloridaTravel Partners – Mayoristas Comercial USA/ROW division. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our commercial partnerships and driving strategic growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow key business partnerships
- Manage the full relationship lifecycle with commercial partners in the USA/ROW market
- Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations to drive revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success and alignment with company goals

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the travel or technology sector
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding business growth targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
