Remote Recruitment is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. Your mission will be to promote our recruitment services, connect companies with top South African talent, and enhance our presence in the market by driving revenue growth across various sectors.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on business development metrics and pipeline.

- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
