Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) is hiring a Business Development Manager to join its EU sales team. You will be instrumental in growing MPS's presence in the European Industrial market. This role focuses on structuring field support, interfacing with product lines, and driving revenue by strengthening relationships with major accounts and developing business with key regional players.
What You'll Do
- Help develop and execute strategies to expand MPS presence on the European Industrial Market.
- Work closely with the Field team as a facilitator, giving them tools to be successful.
- Collaborate with Product Lines to ensure the right products are developed for the European Industrial Market.
- Keep abreast of Industrial market trends to inform roadmap and marketing strategy.
- Support dedicated marketing activities, including collaterals for new product introductions, digital presence, and tradeshows.
- Conduct face-to-face interaction with customers for product definition, roadmap promotion, market understanding and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industrial applications.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years work experience in the semiconductor industry, in technical sales or marketing.
- Good knowledge of the European Industrial Market.
- Strong understanding of semiconductors and how they are made.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with people in different functions and across regions.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
- BS or MS in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Fluency in English and German (C1).
Nice to Have
- Technical experience in power management and analog semiconductors.
Team & Environment
Reports into the European Sales organization.
Work Mode
This is a remote position based in Central EU (East of France, Switzerland, Northern Italy, South Germany).
