About the Role

P2P.org is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and manage the full sales cycle, analyzing opportunities and rewarding partners. You will proactively collaborate with product, legal, and research teams to close deals, advancing our mission in decentralized finance.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products.
  • Manage a client portfolio including funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with product, legal, and research departments to ensure smooth closure.
  • Oversee the entire deal cycle from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD).
  • Comfort with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and founders, achieving successful outcomes.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.
  • Highly self-organized, disciplined, and able to maintain a high work tempo.
