Responsibilities
- Drive premium distribution of portfolio brands within designated accounts.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across the assigned region.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts through regular in-person visits and strategic reviews.
- Organize and execute brand events and tasting sessions to increase sales at the account level.
- Develop deep expertise in brand knowledge and train account teams to generate enthusiasm.
- Secure prominent back-bar presence, visibility, and strategic menu positioning to boost consumer demand and sell-through rates.
- Obtain prime retail shelf placement and displays, including opportunities for expanded product offerings and facings.
- Advise accounts on effective merchandising practices and ensure proper use of marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and maintain a structured plan for on-premise and off-premise accounts.
- Foster strong relationships with industry trade partners, bartenders, distributors, decision-makers, and local influencers.
- Partner with distributor teams on sales goals through joint visits, meetings, and planning sessions.
- Lead product education sessions and sampling events, train staff, and report outcomes.
- Design and deliver spirits education experiences for top accounts and consumers to strengthen brand presence in mixology circles.
- Implement trade and consumer events to drive brand trial and awareness while aligning with brand messaging.
- Plan and execute promotional activities including samplings, launches, cocktail competitions, and food pairings.
- Support visiting vendor teams, assist in organizing team events, distributor engagements, and field visits.
- Track competitor actions, pricing, distribution trends, and sales data, sharing insights with Sales and Marketing teams.
