Z1 Tech is looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to drive outbound sales to insurance agents in the US. In this role, you will sell pre-qualified leads and take full ownership of sales performance through high-volume outreach efforts.
What You'll Do
- Selling pre-qualified leads to insurance agents in the US
- Conducting high-volume outbound outreach
- Revenue ownership for sales performance
- Note: This role is focused on selling leads, not generating them (lead generation may be a secondary/occasional responsibility)
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience
- Strong background in US sales
- Experience in outbound calling
