EVERSANA is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive the global expansion of its NAVLIN Ecosystem, a leading suite of Pricing & Market Access (P&MA) solutions used by top pharmaceutical companies. This role involves lead generation, prospect engagement, value proposition communication, and supporting end-to-end deal execution in a fast-paced, international environment. The position offers career growth, direct access to leadership, and remote or Pune-based work.
What You'll Do
- Identify and target potential customers using various channels (email, cold calling, networking, social, etc.)
- Follow scripts for programmatic campaigns
- Conduct LinkedIn-based prospect searches
- Research prospective companies and key decision-makers
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the prospect’s needs, business challenges, and pain points
- Build rapport with decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the NAVLIN solution, aligning it with the prospect’s business goals
- Ensure leads are properly qualified and documented
- Prioritize leads/projects and follow through consistently throughout the sales cycle
- Prepare pricing proposals and close sales deals
- Reach and exceed sales targets
- Nurture leads that are not ready to buy immediately, keeping them engaged until they are sales ready
- Coordinate with the sales team to support conference participation by scheduling meetings between EVERSANA delegates and attendees and conducting timely follow-ups post-events to nurture engagement and advance sales opportunities
- Ensure contract renewals are proactively handled and signed on time
