Wipro is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new business growth in the Capital Markets sector. This hunter role is responsible for executing sales strategies, developing a robust pipeline, and managing key client relationships across all service lines.
What You'll Do
- Execute the hunting strategy for Capital Markets, selling across all service lines including Digital, Cloud, and Cyber Security.
- Identify and prioritize new target logos and key opportunities within the existing top 50 accounts.
- Develop and manage the sales plan, allocating targets and conducting regular cadence calls to drive focus and resolve issues.
- Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial structuring for new opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities in the sales funnel to shape client deals.
- Develop and deepen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to become a trusted advisor.
- Monitor deal execution and track revenue from order booking through to invoicing and revenue realization.
- Proactively drive collections from accounts according to the cash-flow plan.
- Leverage internal Service Lines, partners, and advisors to structure differentiated solutions.
- Execute engagement plans, including workshops and executive meetings, to shape client thinking and initiate formal buying processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a business development or sales hunter role within the Capital Markets domain.
- Strong experience developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new logos, manage complex sales cycles, and build strategic client relationships.
- Experience leading proposal development, negotiation, and commercial discussions.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at the CXO and senior management level.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $150,000.00 to $210,000.00 per year.
