Responsibilities

- Guide clients through product demonstration and trial phases
- Support installation and setup of on-farm systems
- Train farmers and staff on proper use of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up proactively
- Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution
- Report on sales progress and market feedback
- Attend regional agricultural events and field days
- Educate prospects on long-term operational benefits
- Address concerns related to technology integration
- Build trust through consistent, reliable communication
- Track equipment performance post-deployment
- Coordinate with partners for joint outreach

- Promote sustainable farming practices through tech adoption
- Ensure compliance with safety and data policies
