Remote Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow our client base in the UK through focused B2B sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales, building relationships, and managing the full sales cycle.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound sales through high-volume cold calling (150–200 calls daily), LinkedIn outreach, and email.
- Book and lead virtual meetings with prospective global clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across various industries.
- Manage the full sales process including sending contracts and handling CRM updates.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of B2B outbound sales experience is essential.
- Proven success in cold calling and prospecting.
- A driven, confident, and goal-oriented individual who thrives in high-energy sales environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
