The Business Development Executive – Adobe Solutions is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic deals for Rightpoint’s experience-led technology solutions. This 'hunter' role focuses on consultative selling, building new relationships, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through deep understanding of Adobe’s Digital Experience Platform and client business challenges.
What You'll Do
- Employ strong discovery skills to uncover key business pains, ensuring tailored, impactful solutions.
- Build credibility and trust as a strategic partner to clients and prospects, positioning Rightpoint as a critical extension of their business.
- Generate new decision-maker relationships and grow existing accounts through proactive engagement and networking.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing complex, consultative sales.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline, deliver accurate sales forecasts, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Integrate comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, customers, and competitors to identify opportunities and differentiate Rightpoint in the marketplace.
- Lead internal teams and coordinate resources across delivery, marketing, and executive leadership to drive client success.
- Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Represent Rightpoint at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing expertise and strengthening our brand presence.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in consulting, professional services, or technology-driven environments.
- 2+ years of Adobe Digital Experience Platform sales experience and existing relationships with Adobe sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently prospecting, qualifying, and closing large and complex deals.
- Exceptional ability to identify, develop, and nurture business relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and strategically navigate challenges to close deals.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
