Kellanova is hiring a Business Development Executive for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will be responsible for driving ambitious growth within the Vending and QSR channels. You will champion a Southern territory, securing Kellanova branded listings in whitespace opportunities through a mix of established accounts and new business wins.
What You'll Do
- Build your sales portfolio using a data-led approach to develop a strategic plan for prioritizing key customers and contacts.
- Unlock new relationships and opportunities across your customer base by developing relationships directly with business owners and key decision makers.
- Maximize our portfolio by ensuring ranging and distribution is optimized across your region and driving growth through existing ranging and future innovation launches.
- Amplify our plans by driving activation through POS and display activation in key weeks and events to deliver growth targets.
- Apply commercial acumen to work with customers using all available tools, ensuring growth is enabled with category insight, channel expertise, and clear execution of the strategic plan.
