Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2–3 years’ proven success in sales, ideally in inside sales, telesales, or SMB-focused roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial awareness and sound judgment
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
- Comfort working in a changing, fast-paced environment
