- Provide expert consultation to clients, offering customised recruitment solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimise candidate sourcing and placement processes.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our services.
- Track and analyse performance metrics to measure the success of business initiatives.
