What You'll Do
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to acquire new business in the recruitment sector.

- Lead the sales process from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closing.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships.
