Transport for London (TfL) is looking for a Business Developer Professional End Users (PEU) to drive new projects in the northern half of the Netherlands. You will be the catalyst for new initiatives, building strong relationships with end-users and specifying parties, and actively influencing specifications to position ASSA ABLOY as the knowledge partner in access solutions.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new opportunities, projects, and sales markets.
- Manage stakeholders by influencing the decision-making of end-users and prescribing parties.
- Spot market trends and translate them into commercial propositions.
- Create and execute clear sales plans.
- Present and demonstrate concepts and solutions both on-site and online.
- Direct opportunities towards internal sales teams and distribution partners.
- Act as the liaison between Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
What We're Looking For
- Resident in Central or Northern Netherlands (above the line Den Haag – Arnhem).
- Bachelor-level work and thinking skills, supplemented with relevant training in Business Development and Sales.
- Affinity for technology, knowledge of digital access solutions (hardware/software), and interest in mechanical solutions.
- Experience with tenders and/or building regulations.
- Proven success in the construction sector, turning market insights into concrete plans.
- Strong in commercial negotiations and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical, solution- and result-oriented with a focus on KPIs.
- Fluent in Dutch and business-level English.
