Paradox is hiring a 🇫🇷 Business Developer - French fluent

Shape the future of personal development education by driving enrollment in transformative training programs. As a Business Developer fluent in French, you’ll take ownership of the full lead-to-enrollment journey—prospecting, engaging, and guiding individuals who are ready to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively source and convert new students through targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Run structured campaigns using HubSpot to generate and manage meetings
  • Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads who are already familiar with and open to our mission
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to scale your outreach and track performance
  • Deliver consistent follow-ups and personalized touchpoints to nurture ongoing opportunities
  • Refine your approach by reviewing call recordings weekly and applying feedback
  • Contribute actionable ideas monthly to enhance program offerings and sales effectiveness
  • Host or support at least two webinars each month and actively engage during live events

Who You Are

  • Fluent in French (native level) and comfortable conversing in English with team members
  • Experienced in sales, with at least two years of proven performance in target-driven roles
  • Comfortable working independently, managing pipelines, and making decisions with accountability
  • Intrinsically motivated by personal growth, influence, and mastering the art of conversation
  • Familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot and digital outreach tools including LinkedIn and email platforms
  • Curious about personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or EdTech trends
