What You'll Do
Drive new student acquisition by identifying high-potential leads and guiding them through the enrollment process. Use targeted outreach via email and LinkedIn campaigns to generate interest and schedule meetings. Conduct outbound calls with warm leads who are already familiar with the offerings, focusing on building trust and closing enrollments.
Manage your entire sales workflow in Hubspot, including logging calls, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining accurate reports. Take ownership of your pipeline by sending personalized reminders and addressing objections with confidence and insight. Regularly review call recordings to refine your approach and improve conversion rates.
Contribute ideas to enhance program offerings and actively support webinars—hosting at least two per month. Participate in both online and in-person events, engaging directly with participants and promoting the training experience. Help shape a growing sales strategy through consistent feedback and innovation.
Requirements
You bring at least two years of sales experience and thrive in autonomous, data-driven environments. You're highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities without losing focus. Communication is one of your strengths—you express ideas clearly, listen actively, and adapt quickly to feedback.
You have a genuine interest in personal development, coaching, or Edtech, and you're eager to learn about the market. You’re comfortable using CRMs and digital tools, with proven experience managing pipelines and tracking performance. You’ve led digital initiatives with technical teams and can navigate platforms like Hubspot with ease.
Fluency in French is required, and you can hold detailed conversations in English with colleagues. You take initiative, make decisions confidently, and accept accountability for outcomes. You value growth over ego, welcome constructive criticism, and collaborate effectively within a team.
