Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Business Credit Coach to guide entrepreneurs through building business credit, understanding lending options, and navigating financial planning. In this role, you'll serve as both coach and advocate in a flexible, inclusive, and mission-driven environment, helping clients reach their goals.
What You'll Do
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to guide clients through building and strengthening their business credit profiles.
- Leverage deep knowledge of credit products, tools, and lending solutions to provide customized guidance.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and success.
- Assist with qualifying and navigating business lending options as a trusted advisor.
- Report on customer interactions, pipeline metrics, and forecasts to leadership.
- Execute outbound calls, email campaigns, and proactive engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support clients' evolving needs.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years in account management or sales, with proven success in customer-facing roles.
- Solid experience in business credit, lending, or underwriting.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and ability to maintain organized, efficient workflows.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in client service processes.
