Scania Group is looking for a Business Coordinator to join our Digitalization & IT area. This role is central to driving concrete improvement and business development activities, focusing on sales processes, data quality, CRM system usage, and user adoption. You will be instrumental in maintaining focus and pace for continuous improvement as part of our 2026 strategy. This is a temporary position for 10 months with the possibility of extension.
What You'll Do
- Drive improvement and development initiatives within the sales area.
- Map and optimize sales processes.
- Strengthen data quality and CRM usage.
- Coordinate and communicate system changes.
- Ensure implementation through training, support, and close follow-up.
- Execute user training and provide hands-on support to anchor improvements.
- Collaborate closely with sales area management and specialists across Scania globally.
- Visit the company's 16 workshops in Denmark as needed to ensure business understanding and adoption of improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant higher education (e.g., IT, engineering, business economics).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an internal or external consultant.
- Documented experience independently driving improvement initiatives.
- Experience with process optimization, data, and system support.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Industry experience and experience with sales processes.
- Experience training and supporting users at eye level and acting as a natural 'Go2' person.
- Demonstrated understanding, insight, and experience independently driving improvement and development activities, preferably from a B2B sales area.
