What You'll Do
- Offer clear, effective assistance through phone, live chat, and email in both Finnish and English
- Develop trusted relationships with customers by responding with empathy and accuracy
- Stay current with evolving tools, platforms, and support methodologies
- Handle confidential information responsibly, following strict data security standards
- Collaborate with developers and internal teams to resolve technical inquiries
- Maintain a solid understanding of client products and meet defined performance goals
What We Require
- Native proficiency in Finnish and strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- At least six months of prior experience in customer or technical support
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital support platforms
- Strong problem-solving and research abilities
- A proactive, dependable mindset with attention to detail
- Personal computer with minimum 8GB RAM and stable internet (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
