Biotta Manufaktur / ORIOR is hiring a Business Controller to provide financial stewardship and analytical support within our manufacturing group. You will play a key role in delivering accurate reporting, driving insightful analysis, and ensuring data integrity to support business decisions across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and group-wide standards.
- Conduct cost, result, and variance analyses to provide a solid decision-making basis for local and central stakeholders.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, adhering to internal group guidelines.
- Prepare reports and key figures for target audiences and ensure their timely submission to group controlling.
- Ensure high data quality and consistency within the reporting system (IDL).
- Participate in group-wide reporting processes, especially during planning cycles, monthly closings, and special analyses.
- Analyze production KPIs and derive concrete measures to increase efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with group-internal guidelines.
- Maintain close exchange with Group Controlling as well as other business units.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within a corporate environment in the manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge in handling ERP and reporting systems, preferably SAP and BI-Tools.
- Experience with accounting standards such as OR and Swiss GAAP FER.
- Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a high affinity for numbers.
- Communication strength, team skills, and a confident demeanor when dealing with different stakeholder groups.
- Down-to-earth attitude, pragmatism, flexibility, and resilience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Nice to Have
- Italian language skills are advantageous.
