Every is looking for an experienced Business Coach to join our global community. In this autonomous role, you will promote transformative e-learning programs and use digital platforms to guide clients through profound personal and professional change.
What You'll Do
- Promote transformative e-learning and personal growth programs.
- Leverage digital platforms to expand your reach and your practice (training and systems provided).
- Interview and qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our programs and readiness for success.
- Coach and mentor clients to achieve meaningful personal, professional, and business transformation.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7+ years of professional coaching experience.
- Proven success in onboarding and guiding clients through structured goal-setting, accountability, and transformational outcomes.
- Deep understanding of leadership development and personal transformation methodologies.
- Professional coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) or substantial business/leadership coaching experience.
- Proven ability to deliver coaching virtually, using digital tools.
- Computer and access to internet.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Eligibility to work in the country of residence.
Nice to Have
- Business, executive, or leadership coaching experience strongly preferred.
