CrowdStrike is looking for a Business Automation Developer to lead enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives. In this remote role based in India, you will leverage your expertise in automation platforms and AI technologies to deliver scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the organization. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and automate complex business processes.

What You'll Do

Design and implement enterprise automation solutions using platforms like N8N and Tray.ai
Develop AI-powered workflows leveraging MCP and Gemini Enterprise
Create and maintain system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and other methods
Build monitoring and alerting systems for automated processes
Implement agentic workflows and AI chains for complex decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design solutions
Document technical implementations and maintain automation best practices
Measure and report on automation impact, including time savings and error reduction
Provide technical guidance and mentorship on automation technologies
Ensure high availability and performance of automated workflows

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in application integration development and automation
Strong hands-on experience with N8N, Tray.io, or similar automation platforms
Proven expertise implementing AI solutions using MCP, Gemini Enterprise, or similar
Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience integrating applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Snowflake, and Coupa
Experience implementing agentic workflows and AI chains using multiple AI tools or RPA platforms
Proven track record of successful automation projects
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications
Experience working in Agile environments
Excellent communication skills with business English proficiency
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and technical teams
