Tether Operations Limited is hiring a Software Architect to define and drive the technical architecture for our diverse product ecosystem. You will translate strategic vision into scalable, maintainable designs across our full stack, from apps and SDKs to SaaS platforms and distributed systems.
What You'll Do
- Design robust and scalable architectures for apps, SDKs, SaaS platforms, and distributed systems tailored to our specific technology stack.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, practical, and forward-looking architectures.
- Write and review technical proposals to ensure alignment with agreed architecture, principles, and long-term technical direction.
- Guide development through code reviews, building proofs-of-concept, defining skeleton structures, and ensuring technical consistency across teams.
- Promote architectural standards and best practices across the organization to foster consistency, interoperability, and sustainable development.
- Analyze and document existing architectures by deeply understanding current product and system implementations.
- Detect and explain core algorithms and design patterns that form the backbone of key systems.
- Identify and document Important Technical Decisions (ITDs), ensuring they are captured, reviewed, and traceable.
- Evaluate and evolve existing architectures to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Mentor and enable engineering teams in system design, architectural principles, and documentation best practices.
- Stay current with new tools, frameworks, and ideas, proactively identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and developer experience.
What We're Looking For
