Responsibilities
- Enable seamless integration of healthcare technology solutions with hospital electronic medical record environments.
- Design, set up, execute, and validate HL7-based data exchange interfaces.
- Manage concurrent initiatives with durations ranging from short-term to ongoing assignments.
- Provide technical support to clients in all global time zones, including during non-business hours for system launches.
- Operate productively while working remotely from a home office setup.
- Collaborate directly with external clients throughout all stages of project execution.
- Create or enhance internal tools, workflows, and service deliverables.
- Drive improvements in existing products and operational methods through innovative approaches.
- Stay informed of and adhere to company quality policies, management systems, regulatory requirements, and legal standards relevant to the role.
- Finish all required quality and compliance training programs by established timelines.
- Recognize, document, and address any issues related to quality or regulatory compliance, taking prompt corrective measures when needed.
Compensation
For U.S. positions, the annual salary range is $112,800.00 to $169,200.00; actual offers vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Performance-based incentives may include cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
