As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and producing detailed reports using tools like SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint. You'll develop comprehensive documentation such as process guides and functional specifications, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IAM platform services, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance standards
- Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and client communication
- Analyze IAM data and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution design
- Develop and maintain process documentation and functional requirements
- Ensure adherence to IT risk policies and conduct compliance reviews
- Train and mentor team members to strengthen team capabilities
- Coordinate team training initiatives to promote knowledge transfer
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
You should have a solid understanding of IAM platforms and application integrations, along with experience in requirements gathering and process improvement. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SDLC, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA is essential. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills in English are required. Familiarity with Quest One Identity, advanced Excel, and SQL is advantageous.
