Responsibilities
- Lead and define the strategic direction for business analysis on major projects or programs, making high-impact decisions.
- Support project managers in controlling project scope and planning release timelines.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and determine which subject matter experts are necessary for project success.
- Evaluate gaps in current capabilities and explore viable solution alternatives.
- Define and drive the business analysis strategy for key initiatives, including solution scoping and impact assessment.
- Plan, execute, and document requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Maintain traceability from business objectives to system requirements, testing, and final deliverables.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to junior business analysts across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure consistent application of business analysis standards in line with the organization’s project lifecycle framework.
- Perform additional duties as required by the role or management.

- Must be available to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call shifts, and outside standard business hours (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
