Capgemini is seeking a Business Analyst PLM (Consultante Fonctionnelle ou Consultant Fonctionnel PLM) to serve as a key intermediary between support functions and technical teams. You will advise and support clients in defining and gathering their needs while ensuring the implementation of the solution throughout the entire project lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Analyze client business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Understand business processes and associated functional needs, identifying gaps with standard solution capabilities.
- Communicate necessary adaptations to development teams.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and working groups with various stakeholders.
- Formalize and produce documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and solution user manuals.
- Validate the implementation of requirements within the PLM solution.
- Conduct testing and validate results.
- Contribute to responses for calls for proposals (RFPs).
- Perform technology watch and participate in defining new services.
What We're Looking For
- A Bac+5 degree, ideally in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or IT.
- Knowledge of the PLM domain (e.g., 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill, Teamcenter) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Fluent English (minimum B1 level).
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: Java / Spring Boot + Spring Batch, C++, Shell, Python and SQL databases.
- Experience with Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS) & DevOps practices.
- Experience working in an Agile mode (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
